چکیده

Differential-algebraic equations (DAEs) are important tools to model complex problems in various application fields easily. Those DAEs with an index-3, even the linear ones, known cause when solving them numerically. The present article proposes a new algorithm together its multistage form efficiently solve class of nonlinear implicit Hessenberg index-3 DAEs. This is based on idea applying differential transform method (DTM) directly DAE without traditional index reduction methods, which can be and often result violations constraints. Also, deal terms DAE, we approximate using Adomian polynomials. has given us simple efficient algorithm, involves solution algebraic systems except for initial recursion terms. easy implement Maple or Mathematica. Furthermore, enlarge interval convergence power series obtained from DTM, DTM also given. Both algorithms applied two examples highly Numerical results show that determine exact convergent series, while compute accurate numerical solutions over large intervals.

A novel technique to solve nonlinear higher-index Hessenberg differential–algebraic equations by Adomian decomposition method

Since 1980, the Adomian decomposition method (ADM) has been extensively used as a simple powerful tool that applies directly to solve different kinds of nonlinear equations including functional, differential, integro-differential and algebraic equations. However, for differential-algebraic equations (DAEs) the ADM is applied only in four earlier works. There, the DAEs are first pre-processed by...

On the convergence of the homotopy analysis method to solve the system of partial differential equations

One of the efficient and powerful schemes to solve linear and nonlinear equations is homotopy analysis method (HAM). In this work, we obtain the approximate solution of a system of partial differential equations (PDEs) by means of HAM. For this purpose, we develop the concept of HAM for a system of PDEs as a matrix form. Then, we prove the convergence theorem and apply the proposed method to fi...

Index reduction of differential algebraic equations by differential algebraic elimination

High index differential algebraic equations (DAEs) are ordinary differential equations (ODEs) with constraints and arise frequently from many mathematical models of physical phenomenons and engineering fields. In this paper, we generalize the idea of differential elimination with Dixon resultant to polynomially nonlinear DAEs. We propose a new algorithm for index reduction of DAEs and establish...
